1). How
do I reserve a puppy in my name?
First
you must fill out an application for the type of puppy you are
requesting. If approved a $250.00 non-refundable security deposit will
hold your puppy until two weeks after your puppy is born, at that time
the balance is due in full. Waiting lists will be on a first-come,
first-serve basis for the expected litters.
2). How much are your puppies? Our Standard Goldendoodles are
$1200.00, Moyen (medium) Goldendoodles are $1,500.00 and our F1B
goldendoodles are $1650.00, Australian Labradoodles are $2,500.00 - this
does not include the cost of airfare or delivery charges if needed we
charge $.49 per mile to compensate for gas prices and the time
involved. If you are picking your puppy up or he/she is being delivered
to you in Kansas we are required to charge sales tax at the time of
delivery/pickup.
3). Do
you ship your puppies?
Yes, if
air travel is required we ship through the Wichita, KS airport or the
Kansas City, KS airport. The cost of air travel is $300.00 from Wichita
or Kansas City.
4). Do
you early spay/neuter your puppies?
We do not usually early spay/neuter our goldendoodle puppies,
however we do have a spay/neuter contract that the health guarantee is
contingent upon. We do early spay/neuter our Australian Labradoodles,
fee is include in adoption price.
5).
Where are the puppies raised?
Our
mother's give birth inside our home and all of our puppies are delivered
into our hands and loved from that moment on. Our children our very
involved in the handling of the puppies from birth, giving them lots of
cuddles and attention throughout their time with us.
6). Do
you do genetic testing on you dogs?
Yes, our dogs are OFA or PennHIP certified, CERF eyes & heart,
plus vWD testing and we do offer a guarantee on inherited genetic
diseases that is contingent upon the puppy being spayed or neutered by
six months.
7).
Why do you bred dogs?
I am a stay at home mother of four incredible children that are all
animal lovers! We love to spend time with our dogs and puppies and I
believe that it helps children learn about love, commitment and
responsibility. We also have 5 horses and 1 pony, and we raise the
occasional bottle calf too.
8).
What will I receive with my puppy!
If you
are picking up your puppy you will receive a puppy kit that includes:
o
pedigree
information on both parents
o
health
record with the list of vaccinations and the de-worming schedule
o
a small
sample bag of the Royal Canine Puppy Food -
o
Security
blanket (with the mother's and siblings scent on it)
If you are having the puppy shipped, you will receive all of the above
plus:
o
crate
o
food &
water bowls
o
health
certificate
o
collar
o
puppy toy
9).
When can we pickup our puppy or when will he/she be shipped? The puppies are ready or go to their
new homes at 8 weeks of age. Arrangements need to be made to pickup the
puppy within 5 days of the puppy turning 8 weeks old. If the puppy
needs to stay with us longer we charge $7.00/ day, this does not
include the fee of extra immunizations or wormings if necessary.
10).
Can we come and visit you and your dogs?
Incoming visitors to our home are limited to those families who
have reserved a puppy with a deposit. Families that have a puppy
reserved can arrange a visit by contacting us. We regret having to
limit visitors however, there are many contagious and deadly diseases
and illnesses that can be carried in very easily and unknowingly by
people. We feel responsible to the families that have reserved puppies
with us to protect their puppies, as well as, our adult dogs.
